Returns & Exchanges
A.P.C. allows you to return items purchased on the official website within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided products are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to physical A.P.C. stores or department store corners.
Request Return
Log into your customer account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account or via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your parcel at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
