How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the indigo and fit, we recommend avoiding washing for as long as possible. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold with a specialized denim detergent.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are submitted.
Do you offer international duties and taxes pre-payment?
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout to ensure no additional fees are required upon delivery.
